culture & context unit
Spirituality, Culture and Context finds its home in the Culture and Context Unit of the Uniting Church’s Commission for Mission. This is a new unit, comprising a number of projects, each of them a serious exploration of what theology, spirituality and transformative community looks like in places that the church often doesn’t reach, or where it doesn’t know what to do when it’s there. We’re searching out the places in our community where Christianity is the guest, not the host, in order to discover more clearly what hope, love and life look like when we’re there.
